Welcome to my first blog. As I enter my 19th year in Education, and with sucessfull careers in Markeing, Youth & Community work, sport and an MBA behind me, I have decided embark on EdD, doctorial studies with Liverpool John Moores University were I graduated with my first degree 27 years ago.

I am currenly an Assistant Principal in the North of England and the ITE Lead Maths Tutor (Midlands & Southwest for the National Institute of Teaching.

My area of research will focus on culture, values, coaching, organisatioal misconduct, teacher misconduct and conflict resolution in education and the aforementioneds impacl on professional practice and academic attainment. This blog will chart my growth, journey and learning as researcher, whilst sharing my eperiences as a senior leader in secondary edcuation. I will most definately share what I learn and learn what has been shared.
